Q. Is it true that we can move in as low as 5% down?
A. YES, unlike other companies who offer 20% down before moving in, we have made it easier for our clients. 10% down and was split in to two. 5% down and you can already move in to our Ready for Occupancy units such as   Red Woods.    the remaining 5% you can pay in 0% interest for 11 months  while your are already enjoying your new home.

Q. What if the bank won't approve our loan can we still avail of your products?
A. YES, we have in-house financing in which you can choose in case where you are declined for bank loans.
